- 10+2 with 60% marks in Physics and Mathematics.
- A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aeronautical Engineering is required.
3. Ground Duty (Non-Technical):
- Administration & Logistics:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream with at least 60% marks.
- Accounts:
- B.Com degree with a minimum of 60% marks.
Age Limit for 2025
The AFCAT age limit differs based on the branch:
- Flying Branch: 20 to 24 years as of 01 January 2026 (Born between 02 January 2002 and 01 January 2006).
- Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical): 20 to 26 years as of 01 January 2026.
Note: Candidates holding a valid Commercial Pilot License issued by DGCA (India) can receive a relaxation of up to 26 years for the Flying Branch.
